From psychological existence to transcendence

Today, more than ever, it is crucial to listen to our inner selves and recover our peace to guide our consciousness. Ceasing to struggle, living in the present moment, and offering your qualities through humanization allows us all to progress. Each one of us must take responsibility for being unique. This individuation requires work that later allows you to move towards transcendence to understand the process of unity. First, you individualize yourself by maturing psychologically towards the dissolution of the created part of your personality to grow in consciousness and begin to relate to your wise part. All wisdom is within us, but to reach the purity of our essential self, we require an individual path that contributes to the collective. Advancing in consciousness allows what we truly are to be expressed, as experiences, perceptions, intuitions, thoughts, emotions, and sensations that you couldn"t see before are activated. Everything we acquireas we dissolve the burdens accumulated by our experiencesreverts to a connection with our essence. We move beyond judgment, offer empathy, and reflect to the other what allows them to grow without colliding when we have purified our personality. This book aims to propel and facilitate the integration of this work for people who have been on a great journey of inner growth and need to continue to leap into consciousness. It proposes that you do inner work by organizing aspects of your inner life through questions, exercises, psychological knowledge, practices with different conscious proposals and resources to achieve greater clarity, understand the importance of working with the shadow, and transform your past into the present. In this way, you assume your truth and reach the process of being who you are when you emerge from confusion and surrender to living a humble, transformative, and close self, and to collaborate in what adds to your surroundings through humanization.
