This book proposes a critical research about if Intelligent Design Movements argument deserves to be considered a scientific discourse, from the perspective of science and the contemporary philosophy of science. To that effect, reviews Tammy Kitzmiller et al. vs. Dover Area School District trial, in which the main criterion to sentence was to discern if intelligent design hypothesis could be considered science.
